My story is a back pain that started 25 years ago. When I was young, when we first had our daughter, I used to help my wife wash baby clothes and nappies because we lived in the countryside without a washing machine or running water.Constant bending can cause severe pain in my lower back. But I was young and fit and I forgot any pain after my daughter grew up.As the job involved a lot of sitting, driving and traveling, I used to get back pain from time to time.  But it wasn’t too serious (at least I thought so).  The problem didn’t go away and last year I found that I couldn’t get up easily in the morning and had shooting pains in both legs that originated in the buttock region.  So I consulted specialists and tried x-rays and MRIs.  The results confirmed that I have spondylolisthesis at L5 and sacrum.  The degree of displacement is so great that surgery is the only option.I have been advised to undergo special surgery where metallic screws are inserted to stabilize my spine.I haven’t taken any anti-inflammatory drugs or painkillers because the pain isn’t that bad.  To be honest, I didn’t take it seriously until Vaidya Nithi explained in simple terms what was happening to me with all the drawings and where I would get if no treatment was taken.  It will be a long process, he explained. He also explained that it would be a long process, while I would need two to three pancha karmas, special treatment for my vertebrae and 2-3 months of rest.  I have to take herbal medicine and follow a strict diet during the entire period.  I was asked not to lift heavy objects and not to exercise except for some stretching movements he taught me.I have now gone through a 1-3-week course of treatment during which my pain has worsened and my skin has developed a rash.  But I already knew it was due to the detoxification of my body and the rejuvenating movement in the lumbar region.I am having a bit of indigestion due to taking Ayurvedic medicine as it cleanses my large intestine.Overall it’s not a pleasant experience, but with the hope of avoiding a risky surgery, I’m 100% sure I’ve chosen the right treatment for my problem.I would like to add that Nithi treats all patients like good friends but at the same time he is very strict and will not compromise on changing the condition.

I have done 10 days of oil massages and special treatments for my back pain.I have two small boys,so being constantly in pain was a pain for me.  I have also experienced low energy levels and can quickly get tired after spending time with the kids.As a result of the Ayurvedic treatment program, not only is my back feeling better, I now have more energy.  And…as a bonus I lost belly fat, thanks to the personalized diet prescribed to me based on pulse diagnostics.I wouldn’t say it’s easy for me to follow the diet, but the results are worth it!  My kids and mom really like Vaidya Nithi,he knows how to treat people of different ages.

I was diagnosed with an anal fistula. It was painful and itching. When I went to the toilet there was some blood.I was advised to have surgery as it was very painful.  After a surgery, it came back and this time it was more painful. In addition, I have suffered from psoriasis for about 10 years.  I have been given some medicine and ointment and after a course the psoriasis will go away but will come back again.  I visited Vaidya Nithi in Langkawi and he explained that these 2 problems were due to my low immunity.  Ayurveda can cleanse my body and all systems start working properly.  I visited Vaidya Nithi intermittently for 6 months. They gave  herbal medicine internally and herbal paste for the applications. After 1st month my anal fistula improved and after 1 week of treatment I had no pain.  I think these plants really work.  For Psoriasis, I still have to follow a diet. I have been fasting for about 1 year to clean my body properly.  Now 6 years later, I’m fine, I don’t remember having a fistula, psoriasis is so much better now, I don’t even use ointments. He was told to visit him once in 3-4 months to cure psoriasis completely. He also told me to visit other Ayurvedic doctors as they also use the same methods. But I felt better and decided not to go.  I would like to visit him again now that I am back in Malaysia.  Thank you, Vaidya Nithi and team.

My experience with Vaidya Nithi is truly a unique one in my life.  When I came for the pulse diagnosis I felt that Nithi could really see me.He examined my condition carefully and in detail and I felt that he could immediately see the root cause of the health problem. He treated me with a kindness and care that I had never experienced before.I have been to an Ayurvedic hospital in India before and I really liked it and found it very efficient.  But Nithi’s experience of on-site treatments is much more than that.Nithi is very dedicated to his art of healing and patients feel better just by talking to him.The massage at Nithi’s place was also a different experience.I want everyone to be able to experience it because it’s not just a relaxing or healing procedure.

Thank you, Nithi

My problem is open angle glaucoma.  My intraocular pressure is very high (26-28).  I have only 30% vision left in one eye.  I had been treated in Russia before but nothing helped and I continued to develop glaucoma with my vision deteriorating significantly over the past 8 years.  My daughter lives in Singapore and I saw a really good ophthalmologist there who really helped me in keeping glaucoma from developing.  I have been prescribed 3 different eye drops (xalatan and timolol) that have drained my eye fluid.  However,I suffered from the side effects of these eye drops, I always felt irritation in my eyes, blurred vision, red eyes and sometimes burning pain in my eyes. Also I’m not sure if it’s the glaucoma or the treatment, but I’ve been feeling a bit tired and low energy.Even my family and friends didn’t recognize me because I was so active and energetic. For the past five or so years, I have been more passive and always want to sleep and lie down.Headaches and neck stiffness and pain were my friends day and night.  Lately I have been experiencing numbness from shoulder to palm.

We discovered Vaidya Nithi’s practice in Langkawi in 2011 when I was looking for a massage place due to neck and shoulder stiffness and headaches.  At that time he diagnosed me and prescribed me a diet and more cardio exercise.  This was the exact opposite of what the doctors had instructed me to do, especially since I was asked not to move my head.At that time I tried massages and shiro dhara which helped me a lot with my pain and headaches.I started a diet and in six months I lost about 10 kg.  Everyone noticed the difference. However, I have not done any treatment with Vaidya Nithi. My glaucoma has progressed.  The doctors asked me to use eye drops and wait until they could do a surgery, but wait until then.My vision deteriorated and I could not drive a car properly, which I still do, but very cautiously. As we were planning our trip to Malaysia this year, we finally got to meet Nithi in Kuala Lumpur, and since he was in Europe, I wanted to go too, but even on our trip to Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, it was on.The main route of our trip.  This year also I didn’t have enough time and took only 2 weeks of PanchaKarma treatment. My headaches, stiffness in my neck and shoulders are gone, but I still feel a slight pain in my arm.I have given up all eye drops and now live only on Ayurvedic decoction given to me by Niti.I understand that my problem cannot be solved 100% quickly, but I am determined to follow a diet, protect my eyes, completely detoxify my body, and take herbs. It will help me a lot in glaucoma treatment.I want to do this to get my vision as I have an 8 year old daughter and I have to drive to and from school.I hope to see good results

I have suffered from severe headaches for as long as I can remember.  These were always preceded by neck and shoulder stiffness and pain.  Migraines, according to specialists I’ve seen in the past, usually started after exposing myself to cold weather and wind, sitting too much at a desk, reading a computer or working. At the onset of the migraine I had severe pain behind the eyes.  I tried to sleep whenever I could to forget the headache. But it was still with me after a night’s sleep, sometimes even stronger.  I had these migraine sessions’ ‘ for 5-7 days.  But once I ate them for 10 days and it was accompanied by severe dizziness and loss of orientation.  However, in this case, routine medical checkups did not find anything wrong.  I have been advised to get more rest, avoid coffee and hot baths and try to find a good masseuse or physiotherapist.  I became a regular visitor to massage and spa salons, where I tried hot stone massages, deep tissue massage, and acupuncture.  Nothing seemed to help for more than 2-3 hours.  I tried different specialists again and again until I found an acupuncture specialist (Chinese acupuncture practice).  After 5 sessions I felt much better.  I even managed to go 1 month without a migraine.I was very happy with the results. But my headache came back.  This time I decided to try Ayurveda, the Indian traditional medicine.I’ve read a lot about how detoxification can help with migraines. So I spent 10 days at Nithi’s place in Ljubljana, Slovenia.  Along with the shirodhara procedure they will give me Abhyanga full body massage.  I felt the difference after just 1 session: the headache became much lighter and in the morning it was completely gone after a very good night’s sleep.  The neck and shoulders are gone.  As Nithi explained, I had an inflammation in my cervical region that caused a pinched nerve, which was causing my bad headaches.Since even relaxing massages affect the deep tissues, along with the application of Ayurvedic oils, they can relax the deep tissues and prevent nerve pinch.  Getting rid of my migraines was so easy.  It has been 4 years since I started the 10-day Ayurvedic treatment in Ljubljana, Slovenia, but I have no headaches, not even a slight headache.  I hope I never get them again.

My son has been suffering from epilepsy since he was 3 years old.  He has at least one seizure every 14-18 days.  It started after a severe fever as a child.  We took him to the doctors but nothing could help him.  We tried Chinese medicine and local Malay traditional medicine.  I heard there is a place in Langkawi that some of my relatives have been to.  It is Indian traditional medicine and the practitioner is Vaidya Nithi. We adopted this treatment 9 years ago.  Even after the treatment my son had seizures and it happened only once every 4 months and not every 2 weeks like before.  Vaidya Nithi advised that this is normal and epilepsy does not go away quickly. We were told to take the plants inside.  But after these 2 attacks my son has not had any new seizures for the past 9 years.Even his skin allergies are gone. So, we were able to fight two diseases with one course of treatment. If any of my family and friends have serious health problems, I recommend them to visit Vaidya Nithi.

I would like to share my experience with Nithi’s Ayurvedic treatment in Ljubljana, Slovenia.  I was diagnosed with asthma and epilepsy, for which I took both pills and occasionally had to spend weeks in hospital.  I was unable to exercise because of my asthma, and tried to take frequent trips to the sea, because only the wet and salty comforted my respiratory system.  Epilepsy was my other problem and it made my life very uncomfortable.  My wife won’t leave me alone for a second and I can’t drive and walk on my own.  Seizures can occur at any time, usually in the morning after a night’s sleep.  I don’t wake up and go straight from sleep to seizure because of my epilepsy.  Then the ambulance will come and take me to the hospital.  This has become a routine in my life.A family friend who visited Nithi for back pain at Nithi’s Ayurvedic Massage in Langkawi, Malaysia shared Nithi’s contacts.  We discovered that Nithi had a center in Ljubljana, Slovenia and did not hesitate to travel there.  I had to spend 4 weeks in August and then 6 months later in February for 3 weeks, during which I followed a diet and took herbal ayurvedic infusions.  Nithi explained to me that my epilepsy was an epileptic seizure in the gallbladder which causes poor blood circulation in the brain.  Therefore, frequent seizures occur after an unhealthy diet or a poor night sleep, or after being tired.  Slowly my seizures became fewer and milder.  After about 1 year of strict diet and medication I was free of seizures.  Asthma went away early after the initial detox treatments.  If anyone has any kind of health problems, I would say, you should try Ayurvedic treatment from Nithi.

Few years ago I fell and gradually the pain increased to the point where I could not sit.  I visited several therapists, but I was still in pain.  Friend advised me to go to Vaidya Nithi, so I went.  According to his analysis after pulse diagnosis my problem is: anemia, low blood pressure, low hemoglobin, chronic inflammation in sacrum, coccyx and lumbar.

I started following a diet and got involved in treatments.  They gave me various herbs and hot oils, various body washes;  It felt like a deep cleansing of body and mind.  I enjoyed them.  I was able to sit for an hour after the treatments.  It was a great relief for me. Now I follow a diet, apply oil and take medicines.  Although it will take time for my back to return to normal, I am satisfied.

I can sleep at night without pain and I can do more things like I used to.  The other issues I had are now fixed.  My father, who is 68 years old, had indigestion and asthma problems.  He suffered from a cough for many years.  Doctors said it could not be cured.  He went to Nithi.  He felt very well just by following the diet.As per my experience, I can say that Nithi method is helpful if you follow the given instructions.  He takes very good care of his patients and gives good life advice.

I work as a driver and this means sitting a lot.  I am overall healthy, as they say if you have diabetes or heart disease you can have erectile dysfunction.  So, I never thought I would be impotence when I was young. To be honest, I never visited a clinic for this problem because I thought it was not a disease.  But I wanted to get back to normal life.  One day I was introduced to an Ayurvedic practitioner, Vaidya Nithi, who spent more than an hour explaining my problem and how to treat it.  It was very easy without taking any expensive drugs.  So, I decided to give it a try and I have never regretted it as I am free from this problem now.  If you ask me what he did, I can’t explain exactly because I don’t understand how it works.  But I was on a special diet, not too strict, but I had to change my menu…and I was taking Ayurvedic medicine, which he prescribed to me.As he explained, he would cleanse my body so it could function properly again.I had a few massages with ayurvedic oil, but all over the body, so the treatment was never embarrassing.I recommend anyone with such problems not to waste their time and try Ayurvedic training for this.  It really works.  Thanks.

I have had skin allergies since I was born and the diagnosis was neurodermatitis.  So, as long as I can remember, I’ve been on a diet, but doctors in Russia prescribed me a water+bread+meat diet, definitely no eggs, chicken, seafood, fish, and other allergenic foods like citrus.  I mean I’m missing out on good food, I really mean it.  However, I tried to be optimistic and was very active in sports like soccer and bodybuilding as a teenager.  I was prescribed hormone-base ointments, which helped for a while.  But the problem was always me.  Until I came to Singapore.  Maybe a maritime climate with wet and mild weather helped me, but here I was more active (meaning I sweated a lot), but my skin improved.  Apart from itchy skin and rashes I also have asthma for which I take a bunch of medications.  Asthma has become milder in Singapore and I have been able to do sports.  Until I got back pain.  Its diagnosis is Behçet’s disease, which is very common in men.  But it gives me a stiff waist after I sleep and it’s not easy to get up especially in the morning.  If I don’t exercise for a few days, I feel so sore and uncomfortable that I can move, stand up, sit, and walk.  I have been given non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine to help with Behcet’s pain.  But my mother was very worried about my health and anything that might happen in the future with the progression of the disease.I also know that taking various medications is not good for the liver and the body.  So, she sent me to Nithi, as her friend, who has another back problem, has been under treatment at his center in Kuala Lumpur for 1 month now and is feeling much better.  She was not even willing to shy away from the inevitable surgery in her case.  With such reviews, I felt quite safe to start treatment from this Ayurvedic Vaidya.  I am included in the diet based on my body condition and diseases diagnosed by him during pulse diagnostic session.  Nithi and his assistants did several types of Ayurvedic treatments, I don’t remember their names, but overall they were very relaxing, even though these were medical treatments.  I remember falling asleep during every session.  They would put some hot oil in a bowl of herbal flour on my waist.  Then they hit me with small but heavy cloth bags.  Nithi asked me to continue with sports, but avoid heavy lifting and intense activities like soccer and fast or prolonged running.

Now I am taking 2 types of ayurvedic medicines and following a diet.  That’s all.  Nothing else.  Follow this regimen for another 5 months.  Only then can I see the results and reconfirm with my doctors.  I stopped taking medicine at once and till now (1 month since I left his center in KL) I feel better and no pain like when I don’t take painkillers.  It is easy for me to follow the diet because I can easily cook with vegetables of choice in Singapore.  Or if I go to a hawker center I can always find Chinese or Indian vegetarian dishes.  I still have many months to go, but I hope to get better.  After a period of 6 months I will go and check Nithi and maybe I will have more medical treatments which I really like.  See you soon!

P.S.  I forgot to mention that he can make some recommendations about career choices based on my constitution and psychology.  However, according to Niti, a person does not have to follow any recommendations, it is better to follow the path you have chosen for yourself, whatever you feel like doing.

After some brilliantly relaxing full body massages at Nithi’s Ayurvedic Massage Center during my vacation in Langkawi in February 2013, I had the pleasure of seeing the same master who diagnosed a pulse I had never experienced till then, and I decided to go.  In May/June of that year for 3 weeks of detox treatment at the Idyllic Clinic in Ljubljana (Slovenia).

The diagnosis revealed that I needed to detoxify my bile and liver to reduce inflammation in my back and shoulders, which was causing me significant pain and making my right arm very stiff in the mornings.  Also, I was always having stomach aches and other digestive issues, and in response I was recommended to start a special diet that eliminated certain foods.  At first it felt very restrictive, but in no time the routine became second nature as I immediately enjoyed its benefits.  Suddenly I was no longer constipated and painful diarrhea was a thing of the past.  Although I didn’t always stick to the diet, like eating a little duck or goose at Christmas and a glass of wine, overall, I liked the benefits too much to risk the best results.  While eating all the things my system couldn’t handle.  In Ljubljana I conducted a treatment program (panchakarma) including nasal irrigation (nasya), special back pain massages (lepam, kati basti), medicated enema (matra vasti/kashaya vasthi), herbal muslin bags (njavarakizhi) and hot special massage.  Forehead oil treatment (shiro dhara) with medicinal herbs.  By the end of the 3 weeks I felt really refreshed and rejuvenated, my eyes looked so white and clear and my skin was glowing.  In August I had another check-up at the Slovenian clinic where the strict diet plan was loosened.

Digestive issues are minorly less, my shoulder pain is still not completely gone but under control (I need to get a test done to see what can be done to improve it) and my general well being has greatly improved.  I feel extremely fortunate to have met Nithi and am grateful for his advice and guidance.
