Word from

Last year I consulted Vaidya Subramanian because for many years I had been suffering from an inflammation in the lower spine. Pain is of intermittent type and underwent several management for the same (fibromyalgia treatment with radon, classical curative massages, therapeutic baths, acupuncture, etc.) but got only symptomatic relief. Gradually I got used to the condition and consider these wear and tear are due to advanced age (66 yrs) which could not be restored any more.

Vaidya Subramanian’s treatment included Njavarakizhi and warm oil applications on the inflamed part of the spine (Kati Basti). These procedures increased the pain and inflammation at first. After several weeks, however, the healing process started and brought a really remarkable result. The pain and the annoying feeling in the spine was almost gone. Now, I could do a lot of heavy garden work without any problem at all.

About Us

Nithi Subramaniam

Nithi Ayurveda was started by Nithi Subramaniam, who descend from a family line deeply rooted in the traditions of Siddha and Ayurveda healing, spanning many generations.

Nithi has learnt Ayurveda and Siddha from his grandfather and father back in his childhood years in the ashram/gurukolam. He started his practice first at home in a small village in Malaysia and then with high requirements from his patients, he then opens his branch in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Today the practice is still expanding and our patients can get consultation and treatment from the qualified and experienced doctors and therapists, educated in Indian Ayurvedic institutions, who share the same work values with Nithi.
