15 years ago I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol level and difficulty in breathing.I  was physically fit when I was younger and never had weight issues.  Age has its consequences in terms of health problems.  So the doctors gave me pills to control my blood pressure and put me on a diet to avoid foods high in bad cholesterol. I was okay with my problems.  My wife asked me to contact Vaidya Nithi in Ljubljana, Slovenia.  He was very precise about the causes of my problems and prescribed me a special diet to follow for at least 6 months to see results.  I have brought from him the Ayurvedic herbal medicine (Churnam, Kashayam) which I have to take for these 6 months.  The treatments I underwent at Nithi’s place were very different from what I knew about the treatment of any disease.  These include application of herbal paste, administration of herbs to cleanse the body (colon), and full body massage.  I am now following Vaidya Nithi’s recommendations and hope to get results like lower bad cholesterol levels, blood pressure and weight loss.  Thank you!
