I have had skin allergies since I was born and the diagnosis was neurodermatitis. So, as long as I can remember, I’ve been on a diet, but doctors in Russia prescribed me a water+bread+meat diet, definitely no eggs, chicken, seafood, fish, and other allergenic foods like citrus. I mean I’m missing out on good food, I really mean it. However, I tried to be optimistic and was very active in sports like soccer and bodybuilding as a teenager. I was prescribed hormone-base ointments, which helped for a while. But the problem was always me. Until I came to Singapore. Maybe a maritime climate with wet and mild weather helped me, but here I was more active (meaning I sweated a lot), but my skin improved. Apart from itchy skin and rashes I also have asthma for which I take a bunch of medications. Asthma has become milder in Singapore and I have been able to do sports. Until I got back pain. Its diagnosis is Behçet’s disease, which is very common in men. But it gives me a stiff waist after I sleep and it’s not easy to get up especially in the morning. If I don’t exercise for a few days, I feel so sore and uncomfortable that I can move, stand up, sit, and walk. I have been given non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine to help with Behcet’s pain. But my mother was very worried about my health and anything that might happen in the future with the progression of the disease.I also know that taking various medications is not good for the liver and the body. So, she sent me to Nithi, as her friend, who has another back problem, has been under treatment at his center in Kuala Lumpur for 1 month now and is feeling much better. She was not even willing to shy away from the inevitable surgery in her case. With such reviews, I felt quite safe to start treatment from this Ayurvedic Vaidya. I am included in the diet based on my body condition and diseases diagnosed by him during pulse diagnostic session. Nithi and his assistants did several types of Ayurvedic treatments, I don’t remember their names, but overall they were very relaxing, even though these were medical treatments. I remember falling asleep during every session. They would put some hot oil in a bowl of herbal flour on my waist. Then they hit me with small but heavy cloth bags. Nithi asked me to continue with sports, but avoid heavy lifting and intense activities like soccer and fast or prolonged running.
Now I am taking 2 types of ayurvedic medicines and following a diet. That’s all. Nothing else. Follow this regimen for another 5 months. Only then can I see the results and reconfirm with my doctors. I stopped taking medicine at once and till now (1 month since I left his center in KL) I feel better and no pain like when I don’t take painkillers. It is easy for me to follow the diet because I can easily cook with vegetables of choice in Singapore. Or if I go to a hawker center I can always find Chinese or Indian vegetarian dishes. I still have many months to go, but I hope to get better. After a period of 6 months I will go and check Nithi and maybe I will have more medical treatments which I really like. See you soon!
P.S. I forgot to mention that he can make some recommendations about career choices based on my constitution and psychology. However, according to Niti, a person does not have to follow any recommendations, it is better to follow the path you have chosen for yourself, whatever you feel like doing.
