About Vaidya Nithi

From a family gurukulam to a practice in Slovenia

Vaidya Nithi trained with his grandfather and father in the family ashram. His father was later recruited by the Malaysian government to help develop traditional healing practices in state hospitals, and Vaidya Nithi joined him in practice before starting his own — first at home, then in Langkawi.

As the island grew commercial, he moved the practice to Europe at the request of his European and Russian clients. The centre near Ljubljana followed.

Before you come

What to know before your first visit

The eight questions people ask most. The full list runs to twenty-four.

How do I book, and how soon will you reply?

Send the form on the contact page, call +386 71 113 333, or message the same number on WhatsApp. A sentence about what is troubling you is enough. We come back to you with the times we can offer.

How do I prepare for the first consultation?

Do not eat for four hours beforehand. Water is fine — nothing else. That is what makes the pulse reading precise. Nothing else is required of you.

What actually happens when I come?

The consultation centres on Nadi Pariksha, the pulse reading. The pulse is read at the wrist and at the main marma points to assess your constitution and where the imbalance sits. From that, Vaidya Nithi advises what should follow.

Where do I come, and is there parking?

Spodnje Pirniče 19j, 1215 Medvode — about twenty minutes from central Ljubljana. There is a small car park at the door.

When are you open?

Monday to Saturday, 9:00–21:00. Consultations are arranged in advance rather than by walking in.

What does it cost?

Pulse reading €101, online consultation €101, follow-up check-up €25. Therapy programmes are quoted individually, because what is appropriate is only known after the reading.

Which languages do you speak?

Consultations are held in English and Slovenian.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. We do not ask for medical records through this website or at booking. Just come having not eaten for four hours.

Not sure which applies to you?

That is the normal position, and it is what the assessment is for. Describe what is troubling you in a sentence or two and we will tell you which consultation to start with. If your situation calls for a doctor’s attention first, we will say so.
