Consultations, and the therapies that may follow

Start with an assessment. Which of the sixteen therapies below are appropriate for you — if any — is decided after the pulse reading, not before.

1 · Book an assessment

These are the three bookable consultations. Prices are as listed on the current site.

Pulse reading

€101

Nadi Pariksha · in person

A reading of the pulse at the wrist and at the main marma points, used to assess your constitution and where the imbalance sits.

Prepare: fast for four hours beforehand — water is fine.

Online consultation

€101

Remote · video or phone

For clients who cannot travel to the practice. Guidance on diet, daily routine and herbs based on your history and symptoms, discussed directly with Vaidya Nithi.

Prepare: be somewhere quiet with a steady connection, and have a few notes ready on what you would like to discuss.

Check-up

€25

Follow-up · in person

A shorter reassessment for clients already under care — to review progress and adjust diet, routine or herbs as things change.

Prepare: note what has changed since your last visit.

Buying a consultation online. Online purchase and booking will move to a separate booking site. Until it is live, use the request form or call — nothing is lost by contacting us directly first.

2 · The therapies

Drawn from Ayurveda and Siddha and passed down through Vaidya Nithi’s family, combined with marma technique, yoga stretching postures and breathing work. Only chemical-free herbs and oils are used, and nothing tested on animals.

“Traditionally used for” describes what each therapy has historically been applied to within these traditions. It is not a claim that it will treat or cure any condition in your case, and it is not a substitute for health-related advice.

That is the normal position, and it is what the assessment is for. Describe what is troubling you in a sentence or two and we will tell you which consultation to start with. If your situation calls for a doctor’s attention first, we will say so.
